It all started when…

ANDREA: With over a decade of experience as a Broker Associate at Richardson Properties, Christies International Real Estate, I have enjoyed a successful career in the San Luis Obispo County real estate market. 2018 was a banner year for me as I earned a position amongst the top selling agents in the county, bringing in over $11 million dollars in sales. Working county-wide, I assist both buyers and sellers using top-notch negotiation skills to provide integrity, experience and follow-through for her clients.

An alumni of California Polytechnic State University and Chapman University, I turned her career goals to real estate over 13 years ago.

I am always trying to further my real estate and business knowledge. I am a part of the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce Legislative Action Committee, Women’s Council of Realtors, and the Pismo, California and National Association of Realtors. In my brokerage, Richardson Properties, I held a position on the committee to create the company’s newly developed mission, vision & values. This participation and leadership in various organizations allows me to provide my clients with vital news within the real estate world, ensuring their needs are met. As a Certified New Homes Sales Professional, I am currently a lead sales agent at Terraza, a new home community in San Luis Obispo, and ANZA Vineyard Estates, offering rural luxury homesites.

I love running and am a marathon runner; I actually completed my first Ultra race this year. I also am an active member of my church, Calvary SLO. I have a deep love for my community and am passionate in my efforts to support, serve and strengthen it.

JEN: My journey began with a BFA in Art and Design, Graphic Design, from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Having studied Public Relations at California State University Chico, I discovered that people & writing are a passion of mine.

I love people am extremely client-focused and feel passionate about making a difference in business—and in the community. I am an avid member of The Barre Method and The Yoga Standard.

I will often find myself shooting weddings on weekends and helping lead worship at our church, Calvary SLO. I love to travel, write songs and explore. I may or may not have gotten to play Jonny Cash’s guitar and sing at the Cash Ranch for his 40th music anniversary in TN. I more recently released my first EP called Seasons; a passion project of mine.

I will serve you well because of my goal-oriented personality and years of sales experience; also because of my ability to learn quickly and spark creativity in all situations. 

Over the past seven years, I have worked across various departments and disciplines at MINDBODY and have had the opportunity to acquire an array of skills in sales, design, photography, video, and animation. In sales, I advanced quickly, achieving a senior position within a year of starting. These skills translate extremely well into Real Estate. 

As a member of MINDBODY’s visual design team, I was tasked with shooting and editing videos that include everything from intra-company training materials to national media campaigns. 

This year I decided to team up with Andrea after learning how our skills and expertise combined could create extremely powerful results. As a team we can offer you advanced market expertise and a tool belt that includes digital marketing experience in sales, photography, video, and design.
